Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: For a limited time, is offering free shipping for all orders over $1,000 before shipping, on orders shipped within the continental U.S. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or outside of the U.S. do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to custom orders. Other restrictions may apply and promotion may end at anytime.

UPS Shipments: Most orders ship by UPS Ground and the delivery rates are based on current UPS published rates. Each mat is individually boxed.

Truck Shipments: Some large orders, full rolls or simply extra heavy items or orders must ship via freight truck. All truck freight shipments are charged a flat rate of $99.00

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii ship via UPS. If your order is too large to ship by UPS customer service will be happy to work with you on a freight quote.

Delivery Times

Most orders for stock items ship from the factory in about 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday. Custom orders can take anywhere from 5-10 working days. Depending on the season, lead-time may take longer. Also large orders may take longer to produce.

Return Policy

We're sorry but custom orders cannot be returned. This includes any custom printed mats or mats cut to custom lengths. Thank you.

Stock Mat Returns: OptiMA will gladly accept the return any stock sized mat as long as it has not been used. Please keep the original shipping carton so that it easier to make your return. If you are dissatisfied with your mat purchase for any reason, please contact customer service for a return authorization number. Please, do not return the mat to OptiMA or to the factory without an authorization number. Customer service will contact the factory for you and obtain the return authorization number and a shipping address for you to make your return.

Once the mat is received in good, unused condition back at the factory, OptiMA will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the order less any shipping charges to your location. You will be responsible for the shipping charges back to the factory.

Product Defects: If there are defects with any purchase, again please contact customer service for assistance and any factory warranty in place will take effect.
