Crowd Control Stanchions Ropes: Crowd control stanchions made from extruded aluminum and created for a traditional rope style crowd control barrier systems.

The Metro crowd control rope stanchions are constructed of extruded aluminum and weigh about 33 pounds each. We offer these stanchions in chrome only. Each stanchion is designed to accept standard rope style barriers which are sold separately.

You will need two crowd control rope stanchions for each rope or you can use the convenient wall mounting bracket if applicable to your situation and desired location. See the PR4500 Wall Mount Plate below.

The Velour barrier ropes come in two lengths of 4' and 8' and are available in five (5) different colors; Black (BK), Royal Blue (BL), Hunter Green (HG), Maroon (MA) and Pearl Grey (PG). The barrier ropes are a soft velvet fabric that presents a very luxurious look that are perfect for any upscale environment. The soft velvet fabric surrounds a compact cotton tube and each rope is 1 1/2" in diameter with a chrome snap rope end.

Each of our Metro Style crowd control rope stanchions have a smooth, flat finial that will enhance any setting. The finial is the top of the rope stanchion. These finials come standard with a removable set screw on each one. You remove the set screw and replace it with the PR4900 Metro Sign Bracket. Sign brackets and signs are all sold separately. This allows you to add about 50 different customer messages to the top of each rope stanchion.

All units can ship by UPS and our standard lead-time is about 5-7 working days to ship from the factory.
Note: You can ship up to 3 units by UPS but orders for 4 units or more must ship by truck.
