Christine Klimavich President, OptiMA Inc.OptiMA Inc. started as a janitorial and maintenance supply business under the name D.C. Distributors in July of 1987. We incorporated and changed our name to OptiMA Inc. in the mid 90's and moved onto the Internet in 1998 with our first web site, WhiteboardsEtc.com.

MatsEtc.com was launched in March of 2002. We've been dealing with commercial entrance mats, industrial anti fatigue mats and anti static mats for 25 years. Our clients include the U.S. Government, large and small U.S. corporations and businesses, educational institutions and households just like yours. Our employees are dedicated and fully educated on our products to help you select the matting products that are right for you.

As of January 2011 we have moved to our new 12,000 square foot facility located in Shrewsbury, MA. A newly updated facility designed to serve you even better.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Warranty: Andersen Manufacturing: 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee covers all of the Andersen waterhog mat products that we provide to our customers. If a customer is dissatisfied in any way with an Andersen mat product that we sold, we guarantee that we will replace the mat or refund your money, and will resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction.

All OptiMA, AKRO and NoTrax Floor Matting is Manufactured of the highest quality material and workmanship. Dependability and service of our products are guaranteed for a period of one year, (unless otherwise noted) under normal conditions of use, or a full refund or replacement (based on the manufacturer's discretion) will be made. Some products have a longer guarantee period of 5 or 10 years and these items will be noted on the web site. Buyer has the responsibility to determine the suitability of the product and assumes any liability in connection with such use. Seller shall not be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product. Warranty does not apply to splicing or seaming of carpet mats. Laminate-top products with foam backing are not guaranteed against spike heels or stool legs.

Product Specifications:
All products are manufactured to meet or exceed normal industry standards. Reasonable variations in size and/or color may occur. The custom cut mat tolerance is + or - 2%.

Payment Terms:
Our normal terms are payment with credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Government IMPAC Cards. We will accept purchase orders with terms of net 30 days from any educational institution, local-county-state or federal government branch if you do not wish to use or do not have a personal, corporate or government credit card.

If you are a business or individual and you do not wish to use a credit card, we will issue you an emailed copy of the invoice and you can Pre-Pay the shipment with Company or Personal Check.

Minimum order charge:
There is currently No Minimum order on our web site.

Freight Terms:
F.O.B. Factory, IL, GA or MS - Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS Blue label. Please call for a freight quote.

Custom Orders:
Custom cut mats cannot be returned.

Truck Freight:
Usually full size rolls require truck shipment due to their size and / or weights. Truck freight charges do not include inside delivery charges by common carriers or trucking companies. Inside delivery is an extra charge added by the freight companies and varies from state to state and city to city.

Damaged Goods and / or Shortages:
All delivered material should be inspected and counted before accepting shipment. Any damages or shortages should be documented on the freight bill. If any discrepancies occur, please contact our customer service department for assistance in filing a claim.

Returned Goods Authorization:
Factory approval is required prior to product returns. Standard stock items in unused, new, saleable condition will be accepted for return, freight prepaid subject to a 20% restocking charge. Custom sizes, cut lengths, used products or special ordered products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
