Our custom logo mats are printed with a patented dye-injection process that is entirely computer controlled. Micro jets inject dye deep into the strand of carpet pile for a long-lasting vibrant color. Much different from traditional screen printing which only adds color to the tips of the fibers letting the colors fade and wear fairly rapidly over time. Our dye-injection process enables us to create designs at what would be the equivalent of 400 dots per square inch. Traditional tufted logo mats are printed at the equivalent of only 64 dots per square inch.
Our mats are made of a very high quality 24 ounce nylon fiber with a Nitrile rubber backing. Rubber grippers on the underside of the mat help to minimize movement and each of our custom logo mats are 100% launderable.

All of our custom logo entry mats will ship standard with a solid border on all fours sides of the mat. This helps to finish off your design and to help blend in any type of manufacturing imperfections where the carpet fibers may have been pressed into the Nitrile rubber backing. This is completely normal in the manufacturing process.
