Our custom logo mats are printed with a patented dye-injection process that is entirely computer controlled. Micro jets inject dye deep into the strand of carpet pile for a long-lasting vibrant color. Much different from traditional screen printing which only adds color to the tips of the fibers letting the colors fade and wear fairly rapidly over time. Our dye-injection process enables us to create designs at what would be the equivalent of 400 dots per square inch. Traditional tufted logo mats are printed at the equivalent of only 64 dots per square inch.
*We will create up to two design proofs plus one proof modification for your evaluation at no charge to you. There may be a charge for additional proof modifications. Not sure how your logo mat should look or what colors to use for a border or background. Not to worry. Use our simple "Designer's Choice" option. Our professional design team will do the rest. Our designers can help you select the background color, background design, border color and border design to make your logo mat look awesome. It is that simple... You just have to provide the approved artwork, select the size of the mat you want and how many. When you are completely in love with the proofs then you simply contact our customer service department with your estimate number and we'll process your order for you. All of our custom logo entry mats will ship standard with a solid border on all fours sides of the mat. This helps to finish off your design and to help blend in any type of manufacturing imperfections where the carpet fibers may have been pressed into the Nitrile rubber backing. This is completely normal in the manufacturing process. |
