Acceptable Formats of Artwork

  • Camera Ready Artwork
  • Black and White Ad Slicks
  • Disk or CD-ROM: .tif files, .jpeg files, .eps files or vector based graphic software such as Adobe® Illustrator® files. (Not pdf files)

    Unacceptable Formats of Artwork

  • No Faxes
  • No Pdf files
  • No PowerPoint Files
  • No Photocopies of artwork
  • Business cards or company letterhead.
  • No Sketches or drawings
  • No Website graphics
  • Fabric (T-Shirts, Patches, etc.)

    Sending Your Artwork

  • The best, fastest and most reliable way is to send it as an attachment in the "Logo Mat Design Request Form". This way all of your information is in one location and much easier for all of us to reference.

    Cancellations

  • Any costs incurred for artwork and work performed prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly. Finished mats must be paid for in full and are not returnable.

    Warranty

  • The manufacturer offers a two year warranty against manufacturer defects. We cannot guarantee the lifespan of the logo mat or of the logo design based on variations in climate, applications, locations and foot traffic.
  • Customer is accepts full responsibility for using any trademarks, registrations, etc. on any custom printed mat in regards to licensing fees, permissions, etc.
